Now the United States cannot ship anything too foreign countries. 5. Because of this Act, foreign countries such as New England, Britain, and France. Because the United States is not able to ship vessels or anything to those countries they have to suffer to. This Act made tons of countries suffer, but this Act failed.

This war took place in many places. These places include Lake Erie, Washington D.C, and New Orleans. Also the continents of Eastern and Central America, Gulf Coast, and Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. This took place between June 18, 1812 and March 23, 1815.
The U.S. ended the Indian threat on its western and southern borders. The nation also gained a psychological sense of complete independence as people celebrated their "second war of independence.” The war costed over 200 million dollars and the U.S lost about 19,000 soliers in this war. Also the U.S made the treaty of Ghent ended the war and no one ended up winning the war.
The war was barely noticed at the time and is barely remembered in Britain because it was overshadowed by the larger conflict against the French Empire under Napoleon. The outcome gave the Canadians confidence and, together with the postwar that the civilian militia had been primarily responsible rather than the British regulars. The british ended the war with about 5,000 people dead. Canadians celebrated the war as a victory because they avoided conquest of the U.S army.
